Available to over 300 staff members across 6 locations, with unique logins and iOS and Android functionality, the Berg Employee Portal was developed to ensure that staff members of all levels had a one-stop-shop for any information they were seeking. Crafted with the outcome of empowering staff members to focus their energy on the restaurants’ guests, the portal also allowed for integrated HR, Scheduling, and Messaging solutions, as well as daily announcements, and video capabilities.
